Carrie Underwood is on a roll with making public appearances with her fiancé Mike Fisher as the country singer and the hockey player walked the red carpet at the 2010 Grammy Awards which was held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday. The 26-year old American Idol alum added another Grammy to her collection when she won the award for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals for ‘I Told You So’ with Randy Travis. Congratulations to Carrie for winning another Grammy! I bet that Mike was really proud of her for that one. I wonder how those two celebrated that win.

There have been numerous reports that Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil will be getting married for the second time. Now there are alleged details regarding the wedding. Sources say that Wino and Blake will be professing their love for each other in an intimate ceremony next month in the Caribbean. Once Blake is cleared to leave the country and he finishes his court-mandated drug rehab program, he and Wino will head out to the singer’s once-second home of St. Lucia for the ceremony. Contrary to some reports, Wino’s parents are very much against the second wedding and begging relative not to attend the freakshow.

A citizen of LA has filed a creditor’s claim against the Michael Jackson estate on behalf of the entire city of Los Angeles. Jose Freddie Vallejos insists that it was illegal for the city officials to underwrite the King of Pop’s memorial last July for $3.3 million and feels that since the memorial only benefited the singer’s estate, it should pay the bill in full. My common sense says that it’s just about right but I doubt that it would actually happen. Heck, not even his kids have gotten any close to his money yet. And considering all the fiscal crap that California is in at the moment, paying for Michael’s funeral is nothing.

Teddy Riley, a singer from the R&B group Blackstreet, is accused of using a guitar from the video game ‘Rock Band’ in a violent attack on his daughters. Teddy’s 18-year old daughter Taja Riley was granted a temporary restraining order against her dad, claiming that the 43-year old musician abused her and her older sister by “stomping, punching and bashing them” in his LA home on December 23. In the documents filed in LA County Superior Court, Taja claims that at one point, Teddy “lifted a Rock Band guitar and threatened to kill person(s) w/ it.” She also claims that she suffered several injuries in the alleged altercation.

The couple who are probably surprising everyone that they don’t get divorced given Josh Duhamel’s recent imprudence have surprised everyone even more by appearing at the debut of Fergie’s new movie, “Nine”. It seems that the two look like they have reconciled to some sort of degree… either that or Fergie’s new booze seems to be working better than expected. Or maybe they just didn’t want to ruin the premiere. Oh for the good old days of the Roman Empire when one could prance about with his wife on public occasions while maintaining a host of mistresses… or even medieval Japan, for that matter.

A carpenter is suing Barbra Streisand for injuries he supposedly sustained while working in the singer’s Malibu home. Daniel Ortiz claims that he fell in a ditch back in 2007 while working and that the injury was due to negligence on the icon’s part. According to the lawsuit, Daniel was caused “humiliation, fear, discomfort, anxiety, loss of enjoyment of life, mental anguish, and emotional and physical distress.” The papers claim that the accident is Barbra’s fault as she “failed to take steps to either make the dangerous condition safe or warn [Ortiz] of the ditch — which he fell into while exiting an on-site trailer.” If he thinks he got humiliated after falling into a ditch, wait until he goes to court against Barbra’s lawyers.

Pamela Anderson is reportedly going to release a debut pop single called ‘High’ with her friend Richie Rich. Before you can think about it, no, the song isn’t about drugs but rather about high fashion. Richie reveals “It's not about drugs, but about high fashion. We are recording a pop single together. Pam says she wants to sing, but nothing too difficult, so she's just going to sing the word 'high' over and over.” If that’s all she’s going to do, she should have just decided to not do it at all. This has the world horrendous written all over it.

The Grammy nominations have been announced! And although she was wrongly snubbed in the Best New Artist category, Lady Gaga walked away with 6 nods when the nominations were announced last week. The singer is up for the major awards of the night, including Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Record of the Year. She faces some stiff competition for Beyonce though, who was nominated for an amazing 10 awards! Taylor Swift also got nominated in the major categories, totalling to 8 nods. Other notable nominees include Katy Perry, Adele, Pink, MGMT, Kanye West, Kings of Leon, Jason Mraz and The Ting Tings.

ABC is now reviewing their policies for live performers after all of the complaints that arose from Adam Lambert’s highly controversial performance at the American Music Awards. Network President Anne Sweeney reveals that ABC may have performers sign a contract saying that their live performance will mirror their rehearsals. She said “We certainly don't want to suppress artistry at any level, but we also have to be very cognizant of who our audience is.” I don’t care how you sugar coat it,that sounds like suppressing artistry to me, tinged with a bit of homophobia. This is just completely ridiculous!

Michael Jackson’s rhinestone studded glove was sold at auction on Saturday for over $35,000! The glove, which the King of Pop donned when he introduced the world to the Moonwalk back in 1983, was appraised at just $60,000, but Hoffman Ma from Hong Kong drove the price of the legendary accessory through the roof! Julien’s Auctions say that after taxes, the guy will have paid over $420,000 for a tiny slice of the singer’s history. Wow! I’m pretty sure that Mr. Ma will be tempted to try that glove on for size. I know I will if I had it.

A spokesman for Steven Tyler has said that the Aerosmith lead singer is just taking a quick break due to a shoulder injury and that he is working on his autobiography while he heals. That’s not what the rest of his band mates seem to think. Guitarist Joe Perry and the rest of the gang seem to think that something else is up and alluded to Steven using drugs again. To me, it sounds like nobody really knows what’s going on. They should just talk to each other instead of going through publicists and the media. Either way, I’m sure there will be loads of chapters dedicated to drugs in Steven’s autobiography.

They say she was visibly upset and was screaming at her attorney about Gulzar.

The courtroom was closed for the hearing.

Their only child together, daughter Phoenix Chi, was born in Westminster, London, on February 19, 1999. This made her the first Spice Girl to become a mother.

Marital problems ensued, including allegations of abusive and inattentive behaviour by Gulzar, and the marriage collapsed by the end of 1999.

In 2000 Brown filed for divorce, which was finalised later that year.

The custody battle for her daughter was highly publicised; Brown won custody, but had to pay a large alimony settlement of £1.25million ($2.1million) to her ex-husband.

Mel B has another daughter, Angel Iris, 2, with former boyfriend Eddie Murphy.

She married long-term friend and movie producer Stephen Belafonte in a quiet ceremony in Las Vegas in 2007.

Aaron Carter’s recent elimination from Dancing with the Stars cost him a steady pay check and the timing couldn’t come at a worst time. The government is saying that the has-been singer owes over a million dollars in back taxes. According to documents filed in Los Angeles earlier this week, the alleged former teen heartthrob owes a staggering $1,010,635.08 to the government. Maybe this was why he was crying so much after the show last week. Where is he going to get the money now? And how did he come to owe that much anyway? But then again, I doubt he was getting any money at all.

Sources are claiming that Katy Perry and Russell Brand have recorded a song together. The singer and the comedian have reportedly recorded a duet, performing a version of Edward Lear’s 1871 poem ‘The Owl and the Pussycat’ in a Los Angeles studio. An insider suggests that while Katy was working, “Russell was just messing around in the studio. That's when he pulled out the poem, pretending to sing the lines into the microphone. It was actually really good. With work, it could be a really interesting track, evocative of The Goons or Monty Python. They were very harmonious. Everyone was transfixed.”

Sharon Osbourne has gotten some heat after publicly insulting Susan Boyle. She was recently on Sirius XM Radio’s ‘The Opie & Anthony Show’ when they started talking about the singer. Sharon did admit that Susan was talented but she also spent time making fun of her appearance. Sharon has recently taken to her Twitter to publicly apologize, saying “Susan Boyle is a lovely gracious woman and I took advantage of that by poking fun at her. I would never want to be responsible for hurting Susan and I must apologize for getting a cheap laugh at her expense.” Do you think it’s sincere?

Adam Lambert was recently in attendance for the premiere of Columbia Pictures’ ‘2012’ at the Regal Cinemas LA. The singer wasn’t there just because he wanted to catch the film. The 27-year old American Idol alum actually has a song featured in the movie called ‘Time for Miracles’. And if you’re wondering, Adam went solo on the red carpet as he recently split from his interior designer Drake LaBry recently. I wonder if he’s already dating around. I don’t think that he’s the type to just sit around. No former drag queen is. And I’m still waiting on some smoking gun on why Adam and Drake really split.

Former members of Sublime, Bud Gaugh and Eric Wilson, were recently faced with a preliminary injunction in California last week which forbids them to perform or record under the original band name. The estate of the band’s late singer Bradley Nowell are legally pushing to uphold his wishes for Sublime to not continue without him. A rep for the estate said “The point we tried to make is that we encourage these gentlemen to go out and play. We think they’re great musicians. We just don’t think it’s appropriate to call a group that doesn’t have Bradley and has a new lead singer Sublime. It’s consistent with Brad’s intentions that we seek to protect the name. The court agreed that Bud and Eric and the new lead singer didn’t have the right to go out and call themselves Sublime.”

U2’s may have had a concert at the Rose Bowl in Southern California but it was seen all over the world via YouTube. The live webcast was watched by nearly 10 million people which is considered as a big win for the company. That has to be an understatement considering that the 2 and a half hour concert was YouTube’s largest streaming event ever! The rebroadcast of the concert has also been watched by over 1.1 million viewers. I guess the high cost of the band’s show is worth it after all. We just have to look past the fact that they have yet to make profits off of it.

Michael Jackson’s now-ultimately famous father, Joe Jackson, did it again. This time, he tried to get free rooms at Hotel Indigo in New York when “This is It” premiered. Apparently, Joe Jackson tried to use the argument that his presence there would be good for the hotel’s publicity. They of course refused. Looks like this man really wants to suck the marrow from Michael Jackson’s bones… he’s probably going to end up choking on them. What’s he going to do when there’s no more? Change his name and move to a tropical island? He’d better because all of the vultures will probably be coming for him next.

Popular 90s punk band Sublime performed at California’s Smokeout Festival over the past weekend and late lead singer Bradley Nowell’s estate was not happy about it. It was the band’s first show since Bradley died back in 1996 from a drug overdose and his family is upset that they aren’t taking on a new name to perform under. His family released a statement saying “It was Brad's expressed intention that no one use the name Sublime in any group that did not include him, and Brad even registered the trademark Sublime under his own name. As Brad's heirs, and with the support of his entire family, we only want to respect his wishes and therefore have not consented to Bud and Eric calling their new project Sublime… and now with great reluctance feel compelled to take the appropriate legal action to protect Brad's legacy. Our hope is that Brad's ex-bandmates will respect his wishes and find a new name to perform under.” The band’s remaining members include Bud Gaugh and Eric Wilson, along with new singer Rome Ramirez.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and husband Pete are reportedly putting their LA mansion up for sale.

The 30-year-old Fall Out Boy rocker and wife Ashlee, 25, who have an 11-month-old son Bronx, are putting the Beverly Hills house up for sale to make room for their baby boy.

A source said: "The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn't really have any yard. Now that Bronx is getting older, they realised that really isn't a child-friendly house.

"They are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children."

Ashlee bought the Mediterranean-style home in January 2007 for $4.5million.

California, US: U2 have confirmed via video blog that their sold-out concert at the Pasadena Rose Bowl in California, Sunday 25th October 2009 will be streamed free, in full and live on YouTube. It's the first time a show of this size will be streamed live.

Pop singer Toni Braxton has been battling health problems for the last couple of years and she might need all her strength to pack up her stuff and move because the bank is coming after her home. According to documents filed last month, the tiny diva has defaulted on her mortgage payments and now Bank of America is looking to foreclose. They are saying that Toni owes $12,503.20 on a place in Century City, California. Toni closed down her Las Vegas gig a couple of years back. She may want to start it up again to pay for all of the legal drama going on around her.
