Shakira will be seen in the first season of the British reality show "Katy Brand Meets”. Cameras and actor Katy Brand will follow Shakira while she will promote her music and will meet with fans on tour. Shakira will begin her "Tour of Earthly Delights" in Uncasvill on September 17 and will end it on December 20 in London. “There will be some themes and there will be many interactive events with the public. My live shows will contain many elements of this kind, there will be many moments of dance and 'joie de vivre'. I feel so free when I’m on stage. The feeling is so strong.” Said Shakira.

Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock has topped Forbes magazine's highest-paid actress list, according to reports.

The Miss Congeniality star, 46, has been named Hollywood's best-paid actress by the influential US magazine.

She is estimated to have earned about $56m from June 2009 to June 2010.

Bullock's film The Proposal reportedly grossed $320m at the box office, while The Blind Side made a massive $310m and also earned Bullock an Oscar.

The actress beat off stiff competition from Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz, who tied in second place on the list.

Forbes' editors looked at income from film roles, as well as additional earnings from perfume, clothing lines and advert campaigns, to determine the list.

Jennifer Aniston ranks at number four, earning an estimated $27m, with Sex And The City star Sarah Jessica Parker snapping at her heels with $25m, closely followed by Julia Roberts and Angelina Jolie, who each earned an estimated $20m.

The Rolling Stones’ next tour will reportedly be the last one from the band and they are citing their age as the reason for hanging up their tight pants and guitars. A source said “They're likely to perform in stadiums. It's almost certainly the last full-scale world tour. The band realize that age is creeping up on them. They want to bow out on top of their game, and not short-change fans.” That’s what they all say but they keep coming back. The Rolling Stones are supposedly in talks with Live Nation to perform the shows worldwide next year. This sounds like crap. Old age never stopped them before.

John Mayer has once again cancelled one of his performances, this time at the T in the Park in Balado, Scotland. A spokesperson for the festival said that the cancellation was due to unforeseen circumstances. I wonder what the heck is going on with the pop rock singer. He’s cancelled a couple of shows before and didn’t give any details as to the reasons why. I wonder if what I’ve been praying for a long time is actually coming true – that John will crawl under a rock and disappear from the face of the earth soon and make the world a better place by having one less douche bag around.

Daniel Lanois, a respected producer and musician in the business, is currently residing in the intensive care unit of a Los Angeles hospital after a horrible motorcycle crash. Though the extent of his injuries is still unknown, his doctors did say that he would need the better part of the next two months to recover from them. That would mean that his new band, Black Dub, will be forced to cancel their summer tour. It’s best that they do as Daniel really needs the time to heal properly. I hope he pulls through without any complications. I wish him a speedy recovery.

Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson and Dave ‘Phoenix’ Farrell of the band Linkin Park all went to a construction site in Lynwood, California to give back recently. The rock stars helped build an eco-friendly apartment complex for needy families as part of their Music for Relief charity effort and Habitat for Humanity. Kudos to them for helping out such a good cause. Not only are they helping a lot of people in need but they’ve also managed to help the environment. It’s a pretty good move for people who have yet to help their own careers. I can’t even remember the last time they came out with a hit.

Girls Aloud member Kimberley Walsh admits that the girls in the band have been growing apart from Nadine Coyle who now lives in Los Angeles. The singer explains “People look for conflict where there isn’t any. In any group, there will be people you are really on the same wavelength as and others where it’s different. But it doesn’t mean we’re not friends. Nadine lives in LA now so it’s inevitable you grow apart.” Kimberley also says that she is very close with band mates Cheryl Cole and Nicola Roberts. Well, if they can’t all get together, just kick Nadine out.

Shamed golfer Tiger Woods paid off one of his alleged mistresses to the tune of $10 million.

That's the shocking new claim being made by website TMZ.com, who is reporting the star settled up for the huge sum with mistress number one Rachel Uchitel.

Rumours had been flying around that Uchitel, who has not spoken about her fling with Woods, had been paid around $3 million to keep quiet.

But now TMZ is reporting that sources close to the scandal have confirmed the golfer paid out $10 million in return for an ironclad confidentiality agreement.

TMZ states: "There were numerous reports Rachel settled on the brink of holding a Gloria Allred-style news conference for anywhere between $2-5 million.

"But our sources - and they are good - tell TMZ Tiger was so concerned with the depth and detail of information from Alleged Mistress #1 that they folded like a cheap suit, and offered the huge $10 million sum in return for an ironclad confidentiality agreement.

"TMZ has learned the actual settlement could fluctuate $1 million either way, depending on future circumstances. But the baseline is $10 million.

"Compare Rachel's settlement with what other's received, if they got anything at all. We're told several mistresses got several hundred thousand dollars, and others got nothing.

"That speaks volumes about how much Rachel knows."

Several reliable sources say that Paul McCartney will be performing two shows at the end of March at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. The former Beatles singer hasn’t performed there since he was still in the band. It’s definitely a momentous event and rumor has it that tickets are already going for upwards of $1000 or more. Keep your eyes and ears open if you want to go because those tickets are bound to sell out very fast. If only money grew on trees, I’d be lining up for the show now just to make sure I get a ticket.
